Flower pollen are tiny, dust-sized granules found in flower blossoms. Honey bees travel from flower to flower and collect nectar to make honey, and the pollen collects into little clumps on their legs. Bees bring it to the hive, store it and use it as food for the colony. Beekeepers collect the pollen from the bees by placing a mesh collection device at the hive entrance. This device gathers pollen in small quantities and leaves sufficient pollen for the needs of the hive.

Naturally raw liquid honey taken from the beehive tends to crystallize into a solid, no longer pourable product. To offer honey in a more user-friendly form, raw honey is stired producing very fine uniform crystals, which prevents the formation of larger crystals and results in a creamed honey texture. Please know that there is no cream or anything else added to creamed honey. Our creamed honey is the same pure raw honey, the only difference is in the packing technique.
