This is my favourite honey. I love the flavour and that I can easily decant it into a smaller container to pour in my morning drink of apple cider vinegar, Celtic sea salt, lemon and ginger.
It sets me up for the day.
This is a beautiful, light, sweet, smooth honey, that’s perfect for drizzling over cereal, Greek yogurt or puddings. It’s a perfect addition to homemade salad dressings, to sweeten teas such as Earl Grey and other fragrant varieties. It’s scrummy stuff…we’ll be back.
