Refund policy

We take pride in our pure, unprocessed bee products. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us at shop@earthbreath.co.uk and we will do our best to sort out the issue.

We accept domestic returns from the United Kingdom. 

Earthbreath has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unopened, in good condition, and with original seals to qualify for a refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

Please get in touch with us at shop@earthbreath.co.uk to start a return. If accepted we will send you a return shipping label and postage instructions. Please note we only accept returns with prior agreement.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your items have been damaged in transit (or if you receive wrong item), please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence. 

Please make sure to take clear photos as soon as you receive the shipment, including:

  • Close-up images of the damaged areas
  • A full view of the product
  • The protective packaging
  • The outer box showing the white courier label with the tracking number and all visible details

We compensate or send a new product instead if it is permanently damaged and there is considerable honey loss. If the damage is minor, we will assess the situation and, if the product is still usable, offer partial compensation based on the extent of the damage.

In case of damage to the glass jars, please be careful and handle them with extra care. Glass can be sharp and dangerous, thus use protective gloves. In case you see any crack in the glass jar or if the glass jar has shattered, please contact us and do not consume the contents, because it can contain small particles of glass.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returning Costs and Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: there will be applied a handling fee to cover the costs of additional handling of returned parcels. The fee is 2£ + 1£ for every item in the order. The handling fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
